Caution: Read carefully. Keep away from children at all times. Used only as directed. If accidentally  swallowed, consult a physician immediately.

Warning: Contains alkaline agent. Avoid contact with eyes. Can cause blindness. Keep out of reach of children. Can cause hair breakage and/ or loss.

DO'S:

• If the relaxer causes skin or scalp irritation, rinse out immediately, shampoo with Pamperlizer™ Neutralizing Shampoo or a non-alkaline shampoo (pH below 7).
• If irritation persist or if hair loss occurs, consult a physician.
• If hair has been previous relaxed, relax only the new growth (see directions).
• For touch-up, follow directions (STEP 1-3) but apply relaxer crème to new growth only.
• If the relaxer gets in the eyes, rinse immediately and consult physician.
• This product contains sodium hydroxide (lye).  You must follow directions carefully to avoid skin and scalp burns,  hair loss and eye injury.
• Apply Nairobi® Comfort Zone pre-cream or lubricant to hairline, nape and skin area.
• Always wear gloves.
• DO preliminary strand text and always follow timing guide.

DONT'S:

• DO NOT used if scalp is irritated or injured.
• DO NOT use on bleached hair or on permanently colored hair, which is breaking, splitting or otherwise damaged. For permanently colored hair that shows no sign of damage, use only mind strength formula.
• DO NOT apply relaxer crème to skin.
• DO NOT exceed maximum time limits as show below.
• DO NOT pre-shampoo, wet or brush before relaxing.
• DO NOT use heat in any step of the process expect for final drying.

PRELIMINARY STRAND TEST: Apply a small amount of relaxer to several strands of hair from roots to ends. Smooth with finger until desired results are achieved. Leave relaxer on for recommend time (see timing guide). Rinse, shampoo and towel dry the relaxed section only. Observe relaxation of hair or any damage to hair. If test shows hair breakage or other signs of damage, do not use product until hair has been reconditioned and retested.

MAXIMUM TIMING GUIDE:

For STEP 1 (Application & Relaxation):

Fine Texture Color Treated ( not bleached): 8-13 minutes.
Medium / Normal Texture Color Treated:  13-18 minutes.
Coarse/Resistant Texture: 15-20 minutes.

DIRECTIONS:

Read carefully and completely before using

Step1-Application & Relaxation: Apply protective crème Nairobi® Comfort Zone Scalp Protector to nape skin area. Part hair into four sections. Set timer. Wearing protective gloves, start application at the nape area by applying relaxer crème close to scalp but not onto the scalp. Continue in thin sections, moving in the directions of the forehead, repeat the procedure on the other half of the head, applying the relaxer to the hairline last. After application is complete, begin smoothing in the nape area where the relaxer was first applied. Smooth hair several strokes and continue to the next section in the same pattern as the relaxer was applied. Repeat the procedure until the hair is relaxed. (WARNING: If patron has any discomfort or stinging sensations during the allocated time, rinse off the relaxer immediately).

Step 2 - Rinse: When desired relaxation has been obtained, rinse hair thoroughly with a strong force of warm water until the hair is free of all traces of the relaxer.

Step 3 - Neutralize: Apply Pampelizer™ Neutralizing Shampoo for five minutes. Keep hair in straight form. Do not manipulate the hair during Shampooing. Shampoo twice, rinsing well after each shampoo. Blot the excess water from hair.

Step 4 - Conditioning: Refortify hair by applying a generous amount of Pamperplex™ Hair Fortifying & Strengthener Conditioner for 3 to 10 mins. Rinse thoroughly.

Retouch:  Apply a small amount of Pamperplex™ Hair Fortifying & Strengthener Conditioner to already relaxed hair to protect against overlapping. Follow steps 1-4 applying to the relaxer to new growth only.
